To ensure a smooth and structured learning experience for all students, we request parents to kindly note the following:
 

• All courses follow a predefined academic structure and timeline.

• Classes are scheduled in advance to maintain continuity and effective learning outcomes.

• Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule or within the timeline mentioned on the invoice.

• Delayed or non-payment may result in suspension of classes without prior notice.

• Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable, as seats and resources are allocated for the enrolled period.

• Any exception to the refund policy will be considered only in genuine cases at the sole discretion of the institute.

• No refunds or fee transfers will be applicable in case of withdrawal after enrollment.

• Enrollment cannot be transferred to another student or batch

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and complete the course within the assigned duration.

• Missed classes due to personal reasons, school activities, travel, or illness will not be rescheduled or carried forward.

• Batch timings, course schedules, and faculty/tutor assignments may be revised or changed when required to maintain quality standards.

• Students are expected to maintain discipline and respectful behavior during classes.

• The institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment without refund in cases of misconduct or non-compliance with policies.

• For online classes, the institute is not responsible for disruptions caused by internet connectivity or technical issues at the student’s end.

• The institute shall not be held liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).

• By enrolling in the course, the student/parent/guardian agrees to abide by all the above terms and conditions.
