To ensure academic continuity and discipline, parents and students agree to the following terms upon enrollment:
 

• Academic Schedule & Attendance: All courses follow a fixed academic calendar. Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and finish coursework within the allocated batch duration. Missed sessions due to personal reasons, school commitments, or travel cannot be rescheduled or carried forward.

• Fee Structure: Fees must be settled per the agreed schedule or invoice due date. Non-payment may result in temporary batch suspension. Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals, courses, or future batches.

• Faculty & Schedule Adjustments: The institute reserves the right to reschedule timings or assign qualified alternative faculty when necessary to preserve academic quality and curriculum flow.

• Classroom Conduct & Safety: Respectful behavior and discipline are required at all times. Misconduct or property damage may lead to withdrawal without a refund. Pixesk Solutions is responsible for students solely during their scheduled session within the institute's premises; parents must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.

• Online & Hybrid Contingencies: In cases of severe local weather advisories, waterlogging, or district air quality (GRAP) administrative restrictions requiring physical closure, scheduled classes will continue seamlessly in an interactive online format. Pixesk Solutions is not responsible for individual student-side power or internet disruptions.

• Academic Updates & Media: The institute may document academic milestones, project demonstrations, student performances, and classroom activities for internal progress records and public showcases (including the website and social media). Parents or guardians who prefer that their child's identifiable media not be used for marketing may opt out at any time by notifying management in writing.
